All our bakes are freshly baked with no preservatives. We highly recommend consuming them on the day of purchase.

Brownies / Cookies / Financiers / Brookies / Loaf Cakes / Honey Butter Biscuits

Storage:

    • Transfer to air-tight container and store at room temperature for 1-2 days. 
    • Transfer to air-tight container and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
    • Transfer to freeze-proof container, tightly cling wrapped and store in the freezer for up to a month.

Consumption:

    • Reheat for 15-20 seconds in microwave oven (with a small cup of water) on high.
    • Reheat for 3-5 mins in oven @ 160-180C. 
    • If reheating from freezer, allow to thaw at room temperature.
Buns / Bread Rolls / Liege Waffles

Storage:

    • Transfer to air-tight container and store at room temperature, consume by the next day. 
    • Transfer to freeze-proof container, tightly cling wrapped and store in the freezer for up to a month.

Consumption:
